References to Prima Dancewear and ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to Prima Dancewear. References to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via These terms and conditions also cover our emails and any other associated promotional activity. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your rights as a Consumer.



When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. As a customer you have accepted a version of our agreement at the checkout and are in agreement with the terms and conditions & returns policy. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us before placing an order via email to By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Prima Dancewear to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order. We cannot refund for discount codes or add discount codes once your order has been processed and confirmed.  It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct code at the checkout, this cannot be applied afterwards. We can only accept one discount code per transaction and order. It is the customers responsibility to provide Prima Dancewear with the correct delivery address. We as Prima Dancewear will use the address provided to send your items to, it is the customers responsibility to ensure we have to correct address including door number and postcode. We will not be liable for any lost parcels due to the wrong address being provided. Pre-Orders are non-refundable if we order these items in for you. Please ensure you order the right size and check the timeframe for wait.


After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock.

  • We are unable to authorise your payment.

  • If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.

  • If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

  • If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you by email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within eight working days of receiving the parcel. Faulty items come under the following: Broken items, damage to items, marks on items. Prima Dancewear reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from Prima Dancewear website. When placing an order you will be added to our email list. However, should you wish to not receive newsletters and offers, please inform us and we will remove you from our list.

Website Product Pricing and Descriptions

Every product on sale is subject to its product description which outlines any further specific conditions that relate to that product including, without restriction, terms and conditions that regarding approximate delivery dates/times, warranties, after-sales support and guarantees.We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate at the time when they are either entered onto our system or printed. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. All our website photos are taken by professional photographers, meaning the lighting could slightly adjust the colour of items. We do our best to ensure everything is as accurate as possible. We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. Please note that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions. Please also note that as computer monitors/screens vary in nature and resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s representation of any colour will be completely accurate. Only one voucher can be applied per transaction we cannot accept two or more vouchers on your order. Once your order has fully processed we can not add a voucher afterwards. Please ensure you add your voucher code at the checkout for it to be applied. Pre-Orders are non-refundable if we order these items in for you. Please ensure you order the right size and check the timeframe for wait.

Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale or which are discounted within our sale, are non refundable & cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Please note some item sizes differ from our current size guide in our sale.

If these are sent back to us we will charge the customer the cost of postage to return to you.

Faulty Goods

All goods are thoroughly checked before being dispatched for any damage or faults. If faulty or damaged items are received please send us photographic evidence within 5 days of receiving your item. We will replace these items within 14 days of purchase if they do not meet our standards. After 14 days we will not be able to accept faulty goods for exchange. The results of normal wear and tear the item will not be accepted. Original postage for these items will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Black Friday & Christmas Terms:

Any items purchased using our black Friday offer are subject to exchange only. Items cannot be returned for a refund using our black Friday offer. If you are purchasing for Christmas and are unsure on size, please follow the below terms for the opportunity to exchange.

Ensure the item can be returned in its original packaging.

Ensure the item is in a re-saleable condition, with no marks or odours.

You have your email confirmation for your order from the 24th of November onwards.

You email us by the 30th of December to exchange.

Contract Cancellation

If you are not happy with products you have chosen and received, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. Please note however that we pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider every situation on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us on Please note that there may be occasions when a cancellation request is received after an order has been processed and dispatched, thus meaning your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete and in a reasonable condition, postage will not be refunded. However sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances. By purchasing sale items you agree to our policy.

Returns Policy & Making Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us within 8 days of receiving your item. We need to receive the item back within 14 days of receipt of purchase date from the customer. We ask that you please return the items with their original packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage or loss. If an item is returned to us outside of the 14 day time frame or is in a non re-saleable condition ie: worn, the item will be returned to you automatically. Any garments with marks, stains, or scents are non-returnable. All sale items & pre-order items are non refundable. 

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within eight working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by contacting our team via email at Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund for the items. Original or returns postage fees will not be refunded. If you have used a 'free delivery' offer code & you decide to return your item for a refund, we will deduct the original postage fee of £5 off your refund amount. If an item is 'returned to sender' from the royal mail, if you did not call for the item, we can refund your item however, not the postage fees. It is the customers responsibility to collect their item.

Returning Items

Please email us: to confirm your return, before sending. Please see above for information on our Returns Policy. Please ensure that your items are unused and in the original packaging within the parcel. Please note final sale items are non refundable, we do not cover the cost for returns. If an item is returned to us after not being collected from your delivery office, we will not refund the cost of postage as this has been pre-paid by us.

Custom Items

Custom items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for pre-ordered items.

Please ensure you are happy with the style and sizes before you place your pre-order.

We can offer credit notes or exchanges where possible.


Discount or special offer codes are only available within the time frame. A code cannot be applied to your order if you have placed the order before the code is live. No discounts will be added to an order once this has been processed. Codes are not valid after the time frame and will not be accepted. Only one code can me used per order, no two codes can be redeemed together. The discount is applied to the item/s you have purchased, this does not discount postage costs. Any item purchased with a discount can only be exchanged.

Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes

Only one gift voucher code or credit note can be used per order. Any other discount codes are not valid with gift vouchers or credit notes.

Gift vouchers are non refundable. Credit note purchases are non-refundable. If the items you purchase are not to your size or liking we can only exchange the item, we cannot refund for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers have no money value and can only be redeemed once. You'll be sent a code with your order within 24 hours which is available for 18 months. Any items returned using a gift voucher, can only be credited with a credit note, we cannot refund a gift card.
