Making your Purchase
Ordering online is quick and easy at Prima Dancewear, the shop is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our online team are open Monday - Friday contactable via email. We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible, however this could take up to 48 hours and does not including school holidays and weekends.
Our payment process is operated through PayPal, we find this to be the safest and most secure. All your card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to PayPal for authorisation.
We can only process your order once authorisation has been obtained. If you need any advice before making your purchase feel free to drop us a line at email@example.com
Prima Dancewear does not store or share any financial information provided by the customer.
Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, for example Christmas holidays. Please allow a few extra days during these periods. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait. If you need an quicker order please do email us before ordering and we will do our best to sort this for you.

This applies for shipping to the UK & Northern Ireland.

Please email us if you'd like us to arrange an order to be shipped to your country. We currently ship to Europe, United Staes, Canada & Australia.
Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the UK.
Each country varies but if you are charged customs tax or import duty. You will be responsible to pay all additional costs. Costs vary depending on value of your order, you might like to check this before your order with your local authority. We cannot supply you with this information.
All prices are correct at the time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All Children's clothing is exempt from VAT. We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.
We hope that you will be totally happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within eight working days of receipt by email for UK orders & 12 working days for European orders. Items should be returned in their original condition & packaging within 14 days of receipt of purchase, for UK orders and 28 days with receipt of purchase for European orders to the following address:

Order returns will not be accepted if they are:
Without the original packaging.
Have signs of being worn.
Damaged by the costumer.
Have any stains.
Have an odour.
Have been purchased using a discount code.
In a non resalable condition.
We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service (Royal Mail Signed for) as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We will we not refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK. We do not refund the original postage cost nor the cost of the item being sent back to us. Neither will we accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your item. Please note this does not including weekends or bank holidays. Please note if a free delivery offer has been used and you decide to return the item, this will be charged back from your refund amount.
Your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible after the return of the goods, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
