PURCHASE & DELIVERY

Making your Purchase

Ordering online is quick and easy at Prima Dancewear, our website is open for orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Our communication service is available Monday - Thursday between the hours of 10am and 2pm. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We are closed over the weekend & do not process orders after 2pm on Fridays. 

 

Our payment process is operated through Wix, We find this to be the safest and most secure. All your card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to Wix for authorisation. We can only process your order once authorisation has been obtained. 

Prima Dancewear does not store or share any financial information provided by the customer.

 

Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of your purchase time, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10am and 2pm.

We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. 

 

Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days, Monday - Friday.

 

Special Delivery: 1-2 working days if ordered by 1pm Monday - Thursday.

This applies for shipping to the UK & Northern Ireland.

If you are ordering in bulk, please email us to discuss postage options.

 

Overseas: 5-20 working days. Depending on customs declaration.

Please email us if you'd like us to arrange an order to be shipped to your country if it does not show at the checkout.

Delivery terms:

It is the customers responsibility to sign for their item on arrival. Please ensure you check your full address at the checkout.

​

We do not take responsibility for lost post if a wrong or insignificant address is provided.

​

If an item is not called for & returned to us, postage will not be refunded. As we have paid to deliver your item as requested.

​

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the UK.

Each country varies but if you are charged customs tax or import duty. You will be responsible to pay all additional costs. Costs vary depending on value of your order, you might like to check this before your order with your local authority. We cannot supply you with this information.

Pricing Policy

All prices are correct at the time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All Children's clothing is exempt from VAT.  We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be completely happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within 8 working days of receipt by email for UK orders & 12 working days for European orders. Items must be returned in their original condition & packaging within 14 days of receipt of purchase date, to receive a full refund for UK orders. If the item reaches us within 21 days we will automatically send you a credit note. If the item is with us past 21 days it will be returned to the customer.

Order returns will not be accepted if they are:

Out of our returns policy date

Without the original singular item packaging.

Have signs of being worn.

Damaged by the customer.

Have any stains.

Have an odour.

Have been purchased using a discount code.

Are a discounted sale item.

In a non resalable condition.

We will charge the delivery fee of £4 for items needed to be returned to the customer. 

​

If you return your order after the 14 days, but within 21 days of purchase, you will be issued with a credit note of the same value to use within 6 months.

​

If you return your order past the 21 days we will send the items back to you. 

​

Exchanges we suggest reordering online and returning your item within its original packaging, however we offer free exchanges if you are happy to wait. 

​

If you return an exchanged (the second item you received) item which we have covered the postage fee for, this will be deducted from your refund of returning your second item. If you keep the item you will not be charged and this will be absorbed by us.

​

We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service (Royal Mail Signed for) as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We will we not refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK. We do not refund the original postage cost nor the cost of the item being sent back to us. Neither will we accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your item. Please note this does not including weekends or bank holidays. Please note if a free delivery offer has been used and you decide to return the item, this will be charged back from your refund amount. 

 

Your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible after the return of the goods, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us. This usually takes 5 working days to process.
