Orders placed after these dates will be processed from the 31st of December.

Gift Vouchers
Can be purchased at anytime and emailed to your recipient. Even on Christmas Day!

We hope you are happy with your Prima Dancewear order this Christmas.

However if you feel you have been gifted the wrong size or style, or have purchased something that isn't suitable for someone. We can exchange this for you, up until the 30th of December 2022. No exchanges will be accepted after this date. This is for orders purchased from the 10th of December onwards.

Please provide us with your order number, or If your item is a gift please provide the full name of the purchaser along with their delivery postcode if possible.
​
Your item can be exchanged for another size, colour or product.
Subject to availability.
​
If items have any defects or signs of being worn these will not be accepted.
Ensure these are tried on carefully with underwear, away from odours and ideally in their original packaging.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
